How to read these
Approvals 12mo is every dwelling the council approved in the last twelve real months; growth is that against the twelve before. Unemployment, income and SEIFA are ABS regional figures. Crime is real QLD Police offences per 100,000 people (Queensland only). House median and yield are council-level, not suburb. DA days is the real median from lodgement to decision in this app's own database. Population to 2046 is the QLD Government's own projection.
